Refund & Return Policy: All Sales Final
Every item in our store is made-to-order. This means we do not keep a warehouse of pre-made stock; instead, your item is custom-printed and manufactured specifically for you the moment you place your order.
Because of this personalized production process, we maintain a strict All Sales Final policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for:

Buyer’s Remorse: We cannot offer refunds if you change your mind after the order has been processed.

Sizing/Color Errors: Please consult the size charts provided on each product page. We cannot offer exchanges if the incorrect size or color was selected at checkout.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Definition — Buyer’s Remorse: The sense of regret or anxiety a person feels after making a purchase, often leading to a desire to return the item.
2. Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Items
While we do not offer standard returns, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Required Evidence: Email with your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or the defect.

Resolution: Once the defect is verified, a replacement order will sent to you as soon as possible.
3. Cancellations
Our order fulfillment is automated to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Once an order is sent to our production partner, it cannot be canceled or modified.
